Any luck?  Can't even open the program now
Still working on it.  Sorry for the pain this is causing.  We will post once we have fixed.

You really need to find a way to 1) post some sort of message on the welcome screen when you have system problems and 2) find a way to keep the system from crashing all the way to the crash screen when your servers go down-a return to a message screen rather than an outright crash for instance.

As you search for a solution, please keep in mind the whole world does not shut down and go home just because it is 5pm in Jacksonville.  Thanks.
I can't open AQ360 or AQNet.

I wish I could tell you it's fixed but it's not fixed yet.  The programmers are still working dillegently though.

We will be working on this issue thru tonight and will post a status update tomorrow morning on the forum.

Any updates?  Still locked out of AQ360 with a huge bid due on Monday...  I know it was said that updates would be posted to the forum, but I do not see anything posted after Friday...  Please update status and/or ETA for being operational!  Thanks for your condiseration!!!
