The catalog is opening completely blank and I can't get any search results.  This is happening to another person in my office, too.

This is happening to me too
Same here.  No search.

We are experiencing some issues currently that we are actively working on.  We will update you here on the forum once the issues have been resolved.

We've made some changes to the program.  Please let me know if you are still getting a blank catalog and are unable to search.
