Think I asked this once before but can't find the answer anywhere.

When you have a licensed AQ user who leaves the company and you call and have the license cancelled/discontinued where do the job folders go for that deleted employee?

We have had a couple employees leave and then when we look for their folders they seem to just be gone - perhaps they deleted them beforehand I don't know but in general where would those folders be placed when there accounts are closed?

Hi Dawn,

If you have a user serial number removed or discontinued that users folder still remains as long as they have projects. You will also still see their name listed under the SHARING button but it will be grayed out.
You can still share and view those projects but if the projects get deleted or the ownership of those projects are changed you will no longer see that users folder under the Sharing List with the other user folders.
If those employees that left deleted the projects before leaving that would explain why you don't see them at all.
