1.) Can you use AQ360 Offline?

AQ360 is a true web based program and it does require an internet connection to
use.
The benefits of a web based program like AQ360 are:

1. Nothing to install on your local hard drive.
2. Does not require an IT person to manage or do backups
3. Instant access from anywhere you have an internet connection
4. You’re always connected to the latest version.
* An offline solution is on the agenda for the future after we launch AQ360.

2.) Can we run BOTH AQNet & AQ360 at our company?

Yes. Some important things to know:

If you have a project in AQNet that is not in AQ360 all you have to do is open the project in AQNet, make some small edit, and save and close. That project will be copied to AQ360.
Changes made to the project in AQNet will come over to AQ360.

HOWEVER, once a project has been edited in AQ360 it no longer talks to AQNet.
So once a project is changed in AQ360 you will not see any new changes.

**Currently, changes made to projects in AQ360 do not travel to AQNet.**

3.) Will my discounts, customers, user added manufacturer’s and products be in AQ360 or will I have to re-enter them all again?

If you are migrating from AQNet, as will be the scenario in most cases, we have
already converted this data over for you. If you run AQ360 and find that any of
this data is missing, just notify us by emailing; TechTalk@aqnet.com and we can

convert your AQNet data over to AQ360 for you.

However, if you are using AutoQuotes Versions 4 or 5, you will not see your
data in AQ360 automatically. We added the ability to convert version 4 and
version 5 users directly to AQ360, and have created simple, yet detailed
instructions, and help videos to get you through this process. Click on the links below to view those
