Unable to save the column order in the MFR setup.

When I change what Columns to view and in what order, why doesn't it save? Every time I open AQ and go to the list of Manufacturers, it's gone back to default. How can I save my preferred view?

Hello Michelle,

You can edit the column order in the MFR Setup by right-clicking on a column header, and selecting the choose columns option. You can then use the column editor to arrange the columns.

Yes, I do this but it doesn't save. I have to do it every day.

Hello Michelle,

I made some changes to column order last night and I was able to get the settings to stick. However, when I came in today, the settings had changed. Is this what is happening to you also? ...Or do lose the settings each and every-time you exit the program?

It is just every day, like they get reset at night.

Thank you Michelle, that is also what I found to be true.

I created a case to allow users to modify the order of the MFR setup, including adding a Column Editor button and allowing the setting changes to stick.
