AQ 360 seems to have a memory leakage.  The longer it's open, used or not the memory counts climb.  Starts out around 200 MB and I have to kill it when it reaches about a gig.  My CPU usage stays at 100% whenever AQ 360 is in use.

Hello Keith,

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. We are investigating the memory leak issues. It may take a few days before we provide you with results, however, we will notify you once we determine the cause of the issues.

It would be helpful to know more about your machine as well. Could you provide me with specifications for the machine you are currently using? Processor, memory, operating system, etc.
Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.60 GHz
2.59 GHz, 1.50 GB of RAM

When I open AQ360 in the morning, us it or not, sllauncher will slowly grab more and more ram till it ties up all of the available ram. This takes roughly 15 minutes if the program is used and 30 minutes if I never use the opened program. The CPU stays pegged at 100% once the program is opened too.
Karl,

In the same vein, I found that the Silverlight launcher CPU usage jumps to take whatever is available, up to 100%, making all other programs in use inoperatable. As soon as AQ360 is closed, everything else is okay.
Here are my computer specs:
Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU
T7700 @ 2.40ghz
2.39ghz, 1.99gb ram
Thank you both, I am sure that info will be useful in determining the cause of the issues. Sorry again, we will continue to investigate. Please give us a few days to look up results.
Swapped PCs yesterday and still have problems... Now running Win XP Pentium 4 3.6 GHz processor with 2.5 GHz of RAM. CPU runs at 100% while AQ360 (sllauncher) is open.
Thank you for the update Keith. I will forward that information to the developers for further analysis.
I am still having a problem also. AQ360 has become unusable about 10-15 min after logging on.
Hello Josephine, we are working on a resolution for this issue. I apologize for the trouble.
I get locked up when I login to AG360 with the Desktop Icon created. When I login after opening Internet Explorer and going to www.AQ360.com it works fine along with all my other programs. I do have to hit the register button and then back to login screen to get logged in.
Hello Dawn,

We are sorry for the trouble you are having. I think your issues are different than the issues we are discussing in this "Memory Issues" post. I will have a tech contact you to get info about your problem.
I am having this problem as well. The last time I shut it down it was over 300megs and 100% CP usage.
I see that this thread is a couple months old. Is there a workaround or a solution?
My machine is: Celeron D 3GHz, 1G RAM I am unable to locate the AQ version, but it was updated a couple days ago.
I am still having the problem, but have come upon a work around today. If you don't maximize the window, it doesn't happen. From what I can see the problem on my computer is that the AQ360 window is formatted for a wide screen display and my monitor is not wide screen, so when I make the window full screen then everything goes downhill and becomes unstable.
