Remove Salesperson

In the Projects sidebar, there is a list of 4 "Salesperson(s)". Two of us are active, one is former and then there is a phantom name, with a project that none of us have ever heard of.

I went to My Company and only the two, active Salespersons are listed. How do I remove the two additional names from Projects > Filters > Salesperson

Hello Bill,

The filters are showing you a breakdown of what IS on your projects right now.  If that info did not exist, then the filter would not exist. 

For example, your phantom name was added as a sales person on a project.  As soon as that happened, the SalesPerson filter for phantom appeared in the list.  If you remove the phantom from the projects sales person role, then the corresponding filter will disappear also.

So use the filter, to see all of that users projects, then remove them from the sales person role in the customer's and contact's section.
