Phantom Salespersons

I have 2 extra people that appear under the Filters > Salesperson sidebar. Under My Company I only have 2 people total registered but have a total of 4 Salesperson sharing. Under Sharing, I find one of the names who is a former associate. Sharing is unchecked.I have no clue who the 4th person is listed as a "Salesperson".How do I clean this up to include only active associates?See More

"Yes, adobe X does not play well with AQ360 on Mac machines....I would suggest that you rollback your latest Adobe update or reinstall Adobe Reader 9.xx (or equivalent.)"

AQ360 on Lion OS X.7

Yea! I have seen no issues (so far) operating AQ360 on Apple's latest OS Lion which was available to the public on 7/20. I was concerned because I didn't know how Silverlight or Acrobat would react. Most software vendors had been updating programs for the past several weeks in anticipation, so I've had very little problems overall. AQ360 does seem to run slower on OS X.7, however there are discussions that this system update might be more RAM intensive than past releases.See More

AQ Crash upon Print Mac OS X

I've heard, and experienced AQ crashing upon printing when the Acrobat rendered quote appears. This sometimes can be attributed to your version of Acrobat, but I'm also seeing missing Silverlight Plug-ins. Your browser will display the current version, but not all of the plug-ins exist. Close your browser and navigate to -  Macintosh HD>Library>Internet Plug-ins. You should see the following:Silverlight.plugin WPFe.pluginI've tried this a few times and the Silverlight installer leaves out…See More

Mac Error when trying to export to Excel

A nice feature is being able to filter your quotes by customer - (in my case by Dealer) and have a paper copy to follow-up on a group of projects specific to that dealer. If you are on a Mac and try this, it will return an error. I found the error to appear, and I have posted the screen capture, to occur after the dialog box asking to select the file destination and file name. Default is "untitled.xlsx" It turns out that the file is actually saved to your chosen destination. If you use Office…See More
