My notes are not showing up on my quotes

I have notes I added to the spreadsheet but they are not showing up on my quotes. Why is that? How do I change it? ThanksWadeContinue

Is there a way I can add the quote total, tax and grand total at the bottom of the quote? It would look something like this Total $10,000Tax $550.00Grand Total $10,550.00 Continue

Hi Wade, This is correct and like this by design. Changing item status changes the functionality of that item on reports.If you make any accessory ALTERNATE or OPTIONAL it will include the item and price but not add to the total and will say what…

how prices display on quote

I did a quote and I have it set up to price item totals. However, I do have a few accessories within an item that I want to show the price but I don't want the word "optional" showing. I just want the price. Is there there a way I can do this. Also, is there a way to include the is price in the line total. I see when you add "optional" it doesn't include it in the prcie.

Hi Wade, I forgot to mention in case you have never changed your options before.When you change any option you must click on the REFRESH button at the bottom to make it active.

Hi Wade, Make sure you have the option selected to show notes in the print options.First print the quote, then under OPTIONS it's the last one listed at the bottom under ITEMS.

Hello Wade, The Short Format of the Quote Report is what you are looking for. You can change the format in the Options panel on the right and click Refresh, This will remove the specifications from your items.
